If you have ever tried to cook dinner for five people after a long day of work, school runs, and soccer practice, you know the struggle. You want healthy, crispy food, but you don’t have the time to monitor a deep fryer or wait for a conventional oven to preheat for 20 minutes.
When our old 5.8-quart basket air fryer finally gave out (it was too small—I was cooking in three batches just to feed everyone), I knew we needed an upgrade. Enter the 24L Stainless Steel Air Fryer.
First Impressions: It’s a Tank
When the package arrived, I even thought I had ordered a new microwave. This is not a tiny "diet gadget." At 24 liters, this unit is a full-blown countertop oven.
But the look? Beautiful. The stainless steel exterior is a game-changer. This stainless steel surface not only resists fingerprints but also pairs perfectly with existing appliances; its texture evokes the feel of a professional-grade kitchen, rather than the humble fixtures found in a student dormitory.
The Capacity Test: Can It Really Feed 5?
This is the only question that matters. Can I cook a full meal for two adults and three hungry kids without using the main oven?
Yes. Absolutely yes.
Here is what I fit inside on a standard Tuesday night:
6 chicken thighs (skin on) in a single layer.
1 full tray of roasted potatoes on the rack above.
A side of broccoli in a small pan on the side.
The Crisp Factor: Fantastic. The rotating hot air hits every surface. Chicken wings come out with glass-like skin. Frozen french fries taste like carnival food. Even re-heating last night's pizza restores the crispy crust without the soggy microwave texture.
The "Leftover Test"
I’d like to add one more real-world test. Inside the fridge sit three different containers of leftovers: two slices of pizza, four spring rolls, and a handful of cheese sticks. If heated in a microwave, the pizza turns tough and rubbery, while the spring rolls become soft and mushy.
In the 24L air fryer? I threw everything on the wire rack at 350°F for 4 minutes. No basket shaking. No rotating trays. Everything came out tasting better than the night I ordered it. The cheese on the pizza was melted to absolute perfection; the spring rolls were so crisp they shattered at the very first bite; and—remarkably—the cheese sticks stretched out into long, silky strands as you bit into them.
For a family of five dealing with different after-school schedules, being able to reheat individual leftovers to fresh-cooked quality in under 5 minutes has been a lifesaver. No more complaints about "soggy food." No more wasted leftovers shoved to the back of the fridge. This alone justifies the counter space.

Who is this for?
Buy this 24L Stainless Steel Air Fryer if:
You have 3+ people to feed.
You hate the "shake the basket" dance.
You want to cook a whole chicken, or place it in a large roasting pan for baking.
You care about aesthetics.
For my busy family of five, the 24L Stainless Steel Air Fryer has replaced my toaster, my microwave (for reheating crispy things), and my conventional oven 80% of the time.
And when you have three kids asking "What's for dinner?" at 6 PM, time is the only thing you can't buy more of.
