Delivery Area

Currently, we only offer delivery services throughout the entirety of the UK.

Shipping Costs

All products available in the store come with free shipping.

Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: For orders placed before 17:00 pm every day, we will ship the order within 1-3 business days and update the logistics information within 1-5 business days after shipment.

Delivery: Orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment (excluding holidays) and we will update the logistics tracking information within 1-5 business days after shipment.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with carrier information and a waybill number so you can track the progress of your package.

VAT

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Receiving the Wrong Product

Mistakes happen, and we apologize for that! Please contact us via Email or Chat, and we will create a return for the incorrect item. Once the item has been successfully collected or received by the carrier, we will create a new order at no charge for you, and a new order number with tracking information will be emailed to you.

Receiving Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us within 30 working days so that we can address the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

Lost in Transit

Carriers are not perfect, and sometimes a package can get lost. In the case of orders lost in transit, we ask that you contact us via email with your order number, and we will contact the carrier to confirm it is lost. Once confirmed, we will resend your order with a new order number and tracking information. All claims will be handled by HYSapientia.

Order Cancellation We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. You can contact our customer service team to handle this for you. If the product has already been shipped, we will arrange for a return.
