HYSapientia values customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, HYSapientia will accept returns of the product and refund your purchase price.
For any non-quality issue returns: If you need to return an item for personal reasons (including but not limited to incorrect purchases, dislike/incompatibility, or excess purchase), you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that the shipping cost for such returns will be borne by you. Despite this, we will provide a full refund.
For any quality issue returns: Including but not limited to (product damage, functional failure, material issues, missing accessories, wrong product), for such returns, HYSapientia will provide free shipping services and refund the corresponding payment.
Returns made after 30 days of receipt must be processed in accordance with the terms of HYSapientia's Limited Warranty.
HYSapientia promises not to charge any handling fees for any orders or returned orders.
For any indirect purchases, i.e., (1) any purchases not made directly from hysa.store, hysa.shop ("the Website") or (2) any purchases made through our authorized dealers (such as Amazon), please refer to the dealer's return policy or contact the direct dealer. We do not accept returns of indirect purchases.
If you receive the wrong product or the wrong quantity of products, please contact HYSapientia support. If your order is lost in transit, we will reissue it after verification.
How to Return
a. Contact the HYSapientia customer service team to report the issue and follow the instructions to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return schedule.
b. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or an appropriate substitute as per the instructions.
c. Ship the product to the address provided by HYSapientia customer service as per the instructions.
If you choose a different shipping method and/or carrier than provided by HYSapientia, you will be responsible for all shipping, handling, and processing fees for returning the HYSapientia device.
Return Packaging
All authorized returns must be properly packaged in the original packaging or an appropriate substitute, and must include all accessories that came with the product (power cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be completely repackaged in its original packaging or an appropriate substitute.
On the outside of the package, attach the return label and RMA form, verify that all contents are included in the return package, and then seal the package. Please check all the information on the return label before shipping.
Refunds
Refunds for authorized returns will be processed within 30 days after HYSapientia receives the returned product. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please be sure to keep a copy of your delivery proof. If HYSapientia is unable to verify receipt of the returned item, HYSapientia will not repair, replace, or refund the returned device.
Exceptions
Any items that are excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Items that have malicious and/or intentional physical damage are not covered under this policy.
