As soon as I opened the product there was a lead hanging out the side. I informed and got no response. I have put a claim in for a refund via PayPal. Also a friend bought the same one and it blew her electric ls as soon as she plugged it in and would not work after.
I bought this to cut down on electricity bills and give me flexibility of cooking. Right now I am learning what works for me in terms of temperature and times, some results are better than others so far. I recommend heating the oven before putting cakes etc to cook, I think the downdraught of cool air affects the rise. The bread bake is getting better.
I couldn’t give a 5 star review because the central metal dividing panel is badly put together such that it was jamming in place, very difficult to remove and has badly scratched the lower and upper channels into which it is supposed to slide. The problem turned out to be the panel itself - the corners were not pinched together, were sticking out out and were sharp. So to use it I’ve had to pinch these corners together, the panel slides better now but it’s a bit tricky to do. So if you go for one of these check that feature out and be careful not to cut yourself on those sharp corners.

Bought directly fromHYSapienta….their communication Re: delivery could be better….but delivered quickly just no pre warning.
We now have two air fryers, a ninja one and this one. Since we bought this one it gets used more than the ninja even though both are used when we have visitors or making larger meals. My wife loves this, we've even got rid of our toaster as this makes lovely crunchy toast which my wife and myself like very much. Really pleased with it.
