• 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp garlic granules (optional)
  • 4 chicken thighs, bone in
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the paprika, herbs, and, if using, garlic granules with 12 tsp. salt and 12 tsp. freshly ground black pepper. Onto a dish, scatter. After applying the oil and spice mixture to the chicken thighs, coat them.
  2. 2. Put in the air fryer basket and switch to the chicken setting in the oven. To prevent the food from adhering to the frying basket throughout the roasting process, spray the frying basket with oil. Roast the food with HYSapientia air fryer oven for 20 minutes at 230 degrees, flipping it over halfway through. Use a knife to pierce the thickest portion of the thigh to examine whether the juices run clear to determine whether they have been fried. To avoid skin weakening, remove the oven immediately.
