Ingredients
- 1 plain English muffin, cut in half horizontally
- 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves, as desired
- Tomato slices, as desired
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, as desired
Method
- Switch to toast mode on the HYSapientia air fryer oven. Bake the muffins until browned by setting the oven's temperature and timer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- On the other half of the toasted muffins, spread mayo. Add lettuce, a soft-boiled egg, a tomato, and bacon on the top. Add additional salt and pepper if desired, then sprinkle the remaining half on top. Serve right away.
