• 1kg Maris Piper potatoes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower or olive oil


  1. Make sure the potatoes are not too big and cut them into even pieces. Place in a steamer with boiling water for 5 minutes or simmer for 5 minutes. Drain well. 
  2. Place the drained potatoes in the basket. Make sure the potatoes are well covered by adding the oil and tossing. Select the air fryer mode and cook with HYSapientia air fryer oven at 190 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. If the potatoes are not soft or brown enough, check that they are cooked through and cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes.
