- Ā Use a sharp knife to stab the sausage many times (this is optional, but helps release more fat). Sausages are placed on a baking pan after a little oil has been sprayed on it.Ā
- Until the sausage is fully cooked, turn it over in the HYSapientia air fryer oven every five minutes for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 to 230 Ā°C.
I cook FROZEN sausages at 180C for 20 minutes in my Hysapientia 24ltr oven using the basket- if these are thawed or fresh sausages they would be burnt to a crisp at 200 to 230C for 20 minutes
