If you're looking for delicious and easy air fryer recipes, HYSA KITCHEN will show you how to prepare outstanding grilled sea bass with the HYSapientia Air Fryer Oven.

The time it takes to cook a fillet in the air fryer depends on its weight and thickness.

First, let's get the following items ready:

300 g red-skinned potatoes, sliced into rounds
1 red pepper, cut into strips
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 rosemary sprig, leaves removed and finely chopped
2 sea bass fillets
25 g pitted black olives, halved
½ lemon, thinly sliced
handful of basil leaves

1. Set the potatoes and pepper flakes on a sizable nonstick baking dish, and preheat the oven to 180°C. 1 tablespoon of oil should be drizzled over the dish before adding the rosemary, salt, and pepper. After thoroughly mixing everything, bake the potatoes for 25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until they are golden and crisp around the edges.

2. Place the fillets there and top with the olives. Over the fish, scatter a few lemon segments and pour the remaining oil. 7-8 more minutes of baking are required to fully cook the salmon. Basil leaves should be added before serving.

1. Before touching the fish with aluminium foil when grilling sea bass, the tray must be covered with the material.

2. Spray some oil on the aluminium foil to keep the fish from sticking to the pan.

3. To avoid scorching, please allow the food to cool down after cooking.
