• 4 chicken breasts
  • ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic granule
  • 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp pepper


  1. Drizzle the oil over the chicken and put it aside. Sprinkle the salt, garlic, paprika, mixed herbs, and plenty of freshly ground black pepper onto a plate after combining in a bowl. 
  2. Place each seasoned and oiled chicken breast on the oven rack. Broil chicken in HYSapientia air fryer oven for 20 minutes at 230 degrees, flipping after 10 minutes (the drumstick pattern will flash). Run a knife through the thickest portion of the chicken to examine whether the fluids run clear to determine whether it is done. Serve alongside salads or veggies.
