Key Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Spray oil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Chilli flakes to taste

Garlic Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • A sprinkle of dried mint

    Recipe:

     1. Preheat your HYSapientia Air Fryer Oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
     2. In a bowl, mix garlic granules, paprika, salt, and pepper.
     3. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg and then coat with the spice mixture and breadcrumbs.

    Baking:
