Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 lemmon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
Method
- 1. Separate the skin from the chicken. Add some black pepper, salt and rosemary.
- 2. Place chicken thighs and lemon slices on a foil-lined baking tray. Squeeze some lemon juice.
- 3. Turn HYSapientia air fryer oven to 230 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 4. Rub some lemon zest.
