1 plain English muffin, cut in half horizontally
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves, as desired
Tomato slices, as desired
2 slices cooked bacon
Sea salt and ground black pepper, as desired
Switch to toast mode on the HYSapientia air fryer oven. Bake the muffins until browned by setting the oven's temperature and timer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
On the other half of the toasted muffins, spread mayo. Add lettuce, a soft-boiled egg, a tomato, and bacon on the top. Add additional salt and pepper if desired, then sprinkle the remaining half on top. Serve right away.
