Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp garlic granules (optional)
Method
- In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and, if using, the garlic granules.
- Distribute the mixture onto a dish. Each salmon fillet should be lightly rubbed with olive oil before being coated in the seasoning.
- Place one layer in the oven, select the fish mode (the fish pattern flashes), and cook in HYSapientia air fryer oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until well done. Larger salmon fillets will require more time to cook; check them after 10 minutes. Halfway through, the ingredients must be turned over.
- If you'd like, serve with vegetables, quinoa, or rice.
