1.Don't overcrowd the space

While the air fryer oven has plenty of room, make sure it's not overcrowded when air frying foods like french fries, cauliflower, chicken wings, and more. Air fryers work by circulating hot air internally, so space is a must!

2.Rotate your food

When air frying fries or chicken nuggets or thicker steaks, you may need to flip your food halfway through to get the best results. When using the frying basket, you can also shake the basket halfway, so that the food is heated more evenly

3.Use the right amount of oil

Air fryer ovens use little to no oil compared to traditional frying methods, but for some foods, a little oil is still needed. The oil helps transfer heat around the air fryer basket, making your food crispier. We recommend oiling the food. Or brush oil on the surface where the food comes in contact with the cookware, this is to prevent the food from sticking to the pan

4.Add a little water

If Air Frying is more oily, like bacon or sausage, then this is one of those situations where you don't need any oil in the first place. There are two reasons for this. First, to prevent any smoking that might occur inside the fry basket during cooking, as this may cause a small amount of smoke to develop inside as the fat cooks and drips onto the base. The second reason to add a little water is to prevent dripping grease from sticking to the bottom of the basket, making it easier to clean!

5.Always clean between cooking

Fortunately, the HYSapientia air fryer oven doesn't stick to the pan easily, so cleaning is usually just a matter of wiping down with a warm soapy cloth, which we recommend after each use. If any grease gets stuck inside the frying basket, the longer it sits, the more difficult it will be to clean and it may eventually damage the nonstick coating.

6.Pat dry food

Meats and vegetables without a crispy coating are sometimes harder to crisp, so patting the food dry with a paper towel and soaking up excess moisture is a quick and easy way to crisp them up!
