One day I decided to see what my air fryer oven could do, from breakfast to dinner. Since I don't cook, they all have to be easy to make - I find baking to be a very easy way to cook. And toaster ovens aren't as hot as regular ovens, they're right on the counter, and they're big enough to hold almost anything (mine are anyway).
First is my breakfast. Egg toast with cheese. have you tried this? Just make an indent in the middle of a loaf of bread and put an egg in it. Sprinkle some cheese on top to expose the eggs. Then you just pop it in the oven at about 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes until you see the cheese brown.
Gotta say I baked a little longer on this one. I prefer my yolks to runny. Oh well, next time...a great way to eat it though is to add some Japanese mayonnaise as a topping. The mayo flavor really complements the cheese and egg combo really well.
